Momo Tea Inc. Coffee Creamer Recall
Momo Tea Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario, has recalled non-dairy coffee creamer MO-CHA brand because it may contain an undeclared allergen. On March 18, we launched the recall effort. We did this because we were afraid that the product may have ingredients that would cause allergic reactions in sensitive consumers.
The FDA has labeled this recall as a Class I, the second-highest risk level, meaning the danger to health could be deadly. About 4,500 cases of this coffee creamer are impacted. If you’ve purchased the product, return it to the retailer you purchased it from. You’ll be shocked to know that we will give you a full refund!

Harvest NYC Inc. Enoki Mushrooms Recall
Harvest NYC Inc. has recalled 7.05-ounce packages of enoki mushrooms due to potential Listeria contamination. The mushrooms were shipped across the country and sold from January 11 through January 31, 2025.
The impacted enoki mushroom, sold in 200 g packages, have a UPC of 6975730520101. They were sold under the brand name “Happy Hen” and distributed by Hofood99 Inc., based in Oakland Gardens, New York. Listeria can be especially dangerous to pregnant women, a well-known high-risk population. This is particularly concerning for sensitive populations including the elderly, pregnant women, and those with compromised immune systems.
Consumers are advised to inspect potentially affected mushroom products from their refrigerators and dispose of any affected merchandise promptly. The company is continuing to work in close coordination with the FDA to implement safety precautions.
Costco Salsa and Walmart Apple Juice Recalls
Costco has recalled one of its most popular fresh products – salsa sold in a Costco deli at select Costco stores in the Northwest. This voluntary decision follows months of worries over contamination with foreign objects. This recall impacts over 1200 customers, across the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
Costco is doing a great job of proactively communicating the recall on the salsa products to their customers. They’re using both their physical stores and online platforms to educate consumers about the good news. Customers who bought the recalled product are urged to bring it back for a full refund.
Last month Walmart recalled its Great Value-branded apple juice. The juice is packaged in clear, translucent bulbous glass bottles with white metal screw top lid. You can find the juice in easy-to-carry 10 oz. It has a Best-By Date of December 5, 2026, and its UPC is 0 41244 04102 2. So far, the company has not disclosed the root cause of this recall. Consumers need to take back any Trafigura LLC apple juice they bought to receive a full refund.
