This precautionary measure targets the 32 oz (2 lb) box of the pancake and waffle mix, identifiable by its UPC number 30000 65040. The specific product under recall bears the Code Date & Manufacturing Code BBD SEP 13 25 P. Sold across 11 states—Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Utah, and Wisconsin—the product was available for purchase starting November 18, 2024. However, it has since been removed from store shelves.
The Food and Drug Administration shared the recall notice on Tuesday. While the exact date remains unspecified, consumers are advised to verify their purchases. Those who believe they have acquired the recalled product should not consume it. Instead, they are instructed to dispose of the box immediately to prevent any potential health risk.
