"It's not always easy to prepare [my kids for when I leave]," Fredette admits. "I tell them they can FaceTime me any time to just make sure that they feel like I'm still going to be around, I'm still going to be there."
Fredette's dedication to his family extends beyond just being present. He collaborates with the Fredette Family Foundation, focusing on assisting families in need and preventing childhood bullying. His wife and her parents provide a robust support system, enabling him to pursue his professional goals without compromising his role as a father.
"My wife and three kids are all coming, which will be a little bit hectic," he acknowledges, yet the excitement is palpable as they prepare for the trip to Paris.
Fredette's commitment to family values resonates in his approach to parenting. He emphasizes leading by example and instilling kindness in his children.
"It's about just making sure that you're also practicing what you're preaching," Fredette explains. "She's so good at giving people that we don't know compliments and just making sure that they feel like they're wanted and they're there."
