Today, standing tall at 6 feet 3 inches, Marie Temara has transformed that childhood insecurity into a successful career. Now she rakes in $10 million a year as an OnlyFans model. Temara used to be embarrassed by her height and the difficulties it caused. These days, she’s an out and proud shorty, building confidence and bank on a platform where standing out is all the rage.
During her development, Temara experienced all the adversities of being tall. She was usually dressed in her older brothers’ hand-me-downs, as she frequently had trouble locating more feminine apparel to accommodate her physique. “Growing up, it was way worse because my options were extremely limited,” she recalled. Her lack of choices exacerbated her self-doubt. Having grown up the victim of bullying for her height, her confidence was broken in a way that separated her from most of her peers.
During her formative years, Temara encountered struggles that so many of us have experienced. She had a hard time finding something to wear even when she went to department stores. I have dresses and trousers tailored for myself. No more wearing jeans, her thighs would pop regular sizes, or skis as she called them, right out of the open side,” she said. These challenges extended further than clothing. She even had to tilt her XL king bed on an angle to accommodate her feet not hanging off the end of the bed.
Despite these obstacles, Temara’s luck took a complete about-face when she became active on OnlyFans. She was able to quit her corporate accounting job and model full-time—and it wasn’t long before she became one of the world’s most famous models. In a matter of days, she became the first content creator to make $100,000 through her posts on that platform.
Temara’s career has given her the opportunity to invest in luxury fashion that suits her atypical stature. She owns a made-to-measure $5,000 Italian leather coat and $3,000 thigh-high boots from Paris, showcasing her transformation from insecurity to empowerment.
“It’s something I embrace and am proud of, and I want others who are tall like me, or who have any kind of ‘difference,’ to feel empowered and confident in who they are,” she expressed.
Her path included a short time working as a prison guard. That role came to a screeching halt when they decided that she was “too hot” for the job. Widely known as an OnlyFans model, she lets people into her home for shoots. With a twinkle in her eye, she acknowledges that some might require a bit of assistance to board her double-stacked accommodation.
