Among them is TikTok creator Eve Catherine, who followed the diet's regimen of mostly protein-based meals. Her daily intake included two or three eggs for breakfast, high-protein yogurt for lunch, and a New York strip steak for dinner. Despite its appeal, the diet has been linked to the formation of kidney stones—a painful condition caused by hard deposits that pass through the urinary tract.
