Reality Star Clash: Ben-Cohen Sues Gharachedaghi Over Alleged Assault

In a dramatic turn of events, Paulina Ben-Cohen has filed a lawsuit against her "Shahs of Sunset" co-star Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, accusing her of a "vicious" and "brutal" attack. The incident reportedly occurred in March 2024 at a Bloomingdale's department store in Los Angeles. Ben-Cohen claims that Gharachedaghi initiated an unexpected confrontation, allegedly pulling her hair and attempting to engage her in a private conversation away from security cameras.

Ben-Cohen's lawsuit details the altercation, alleging that Gharachedaghi surprised her at the store and insisted she leave the premises to talk. During this encounter, Ben-Cohen states that a security guard intervened before Gharachedaghi could escalate the situation further by hitting her in the face. Despite Ben-Cohen's request for assistance, she claims the security guard merely responded with a "blank stare" and communicated through his walkie-talkie instead of escorting her safely to her vehicle.

The legal action further alleges that Gharachedaghi made several threatening comments, including, "I’m going to f–k you up, you will pay for this," and "I’m not done with you." Additionally, Ben-Cohen accuses Gharachedaghi of taking out her phone to record the incident while making derogatory remarks toward her.

Ben-Cohen, who was previously engaged to fellow "Shahs of Sunset" co-star Mike Shouhed, has also sought a temporary restraining order against Gharachedaghi. She has requested that Gharachedaghi maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from her and her two children. In her filing, Ben-Cohen expressed that she felt "scared for her life" during the encounter.

The tension between the two reality stars appears to have been simmering for some time. During the alleged confrontation, Gharachedaghi reportedly said, "You f–king bitch, I’m going to destroy you," indicating premeditated animosity.

"No, I have been waiting for this day" – Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi

This statement suggests that the conflict might have deeper roots than the immediate altercation described in the lawsuit.
